I've been using it both morning and night and the difference in puffiness alone has been noticeable — especially in the mornings when I'm usually at my worst. I love this stuff. I have puffy/baggy eyes -- partly genetic, partly getting older, partly due to weight loss (GLP-1 thank you!). Immediately when I put this on I can feel my skin tightening, and the puffiness/bagginess are less noticeable. It's visibly discernible. Very impressive! I can't tell that it helps with my dark circles -- something else I have unfortunately -- and I wouldn't get this if that's the primary concern you have. The product itself goes a long way. There's a lot to it. I find a small peppercorn's worth is enough for both eyes, under each eye and onto the orbital bone as well as around the side. The product has absolutely no smell -- completely scentless as far as I can tell. The product has an oiliness, and quickly dries, first becoming a bit tacky before drying completely. It's not advertised as being a moisturizer, nor would I trust it as such. I apply an under-eye cream afterwards (Brickell brand, but frankly any good brand would work). I have a small number of skincare products that I'll always use, and this is one of them. It worked right away. The price is right.
