I have had this jacket a little over 1 month. I just noticed a pinhole in the sleeve and stuffing is starting to come out. The jacket was not punctured. I contacted the seller right away; they pushed me back to Amazon. Amazon said the return window was until February 1; It is now February 14. I paid a lot of money for this jacket and expected better quality for a NorthFace product. I feel a replacement should have been considered. I will not buy this product again and do not recommend wasting your money on it.

This women's winter coat stows in the hand pocket, great for keeping in your backpack or throwing in your luggage for a warm layer option.” In actuality, this jacket does not have that feature. I am totally familiar with this feature because I have it in my own men’s jacket!

This jacket fit well, had stretch and was warm but to me it just seemed like another jacket. There was nothing special about it that made the price of $230 anywhere near worth it! I would have never bought this for myself but it was a Christmas present to a very dear friend who wanted one. I think their name is why they think they can overprice this jacket.
