I love this puffer coat! I love the color, the fit and the length. I thought about it for a while before purchasing because it is pricey. I have been so happy with it and would say it is worth the price. It is very resilient. Nice flannel inside too. Pockets are a good size and zip!! The hood is removable and I love that feature. The collar of the coat goes to my chin so it covers the whole neck area. No scarf needed! The main reason I bought this puffer is because it is fitted at the waist. It is very flattering even though it is a very puffy coat. The fitted waist keeps you from looking like a marshmallow! I typically wear a small in coats and I ordered a medium in this coat because it was the only size available when i ordered it! I am glad I did. It runs small in my opinion. This coat is the warmest puffer coat I have ever owned as well. I would definently go skiing in it. It is resilient too. I have worn it almost daily since Christmas and it still looks brand new. It has a nice weight and feel. There are so many great aspects of this coat I would recommend it if you are on the fence about whether it is worth the price. Go for it!

This is a lovely jacket. It is warm but not the kind of bulky super warm down jacket for backcountry. I bought it in white mainly for a "dressier" look when worn by itself, but also to layer under a water resistant outer layer for more warmth, like for snowshoeing. The higher neckline is wonderful because I hate cold air going down my neck and with this jacket I don't need a fleece neck gaiter unless it's really windy and cold. I like that it is slightly fitted at the waist so I don't look like the Michelin tire guy. It also has an elastic cuff but not a knitted cuff so there's not too much bulk around the wrist with another layer. I read the reviews and sizing recommendations and originally ordered a Medium. I am 5'6 and 130 lb and it was too small and constricting especially the arms. There was no room for any layer other than a teeshirt. The Large is perfect. I can wear a fleece underneath without a problem and it still has a nice fitted look. Exactly what I wanted and happy I found it on sale as well.

Love this warm jacket, well made, cute w the back cinch, and grateful for the versatility of the removable hood! Length hits me at lower hip in front and bottom of bum in the back. Great car driving length and doesn't feel awkward on me, being a shorter person. I got the large size, due to other reviews saying it was tight in places, but could've easily worn a medium. I still feel comfortable if wearing a thicker sweater or sweatshirt tho, any smaller and I likely could only wear t-shirt thickness under it comfortably, so I'm ultimately glad I got the large w a bit of extra wiggle room.

Sad to have to return this. The bust area is very snug opposed to the rest of the jacket. White color is also kind of sheer and you can see a shadow of the darker feathers, which makes it look like its dirty.

It’s a nice coat , I bought 2 of them for my daughters for Christmas, they love them! So did I! So I bought one for myself, but it’s too small for me and it’s not looking good on me as in them . So I had to return it.

Exactly what I was looking for. A non bulky, warm and feminine cut coat. I’m a little curvy but the cut makes me feel more sleek rather than a puffy marshmallow. I’ve always done well with Northface coats but this one is by far my favorite.

I've been a loyal Northface user for the last decade. I only own jackets by Northface but after buying the first one (lasted a solid 5-6 years), the second one lasted 3 years and this was my third purchase which barely lasted a year. I'm not sure if it's the quality that's gone down or what but even after following the cleaning instructions AND sending it to Northface repairs, the down jacket is basically super thin with all the puffiness gone. Their team gave me instructions on how to clean further but what's the point of using it when it's not warm anymore? VERY DISAPPOINTED.
