Jacket was nice but not warm. In all honesty, I have a $40.00 jacket from Walmart that is better insulated and higher quality. I returned because I could not justify spending $195.00 for a jacket that would not keep me extra warm!

Coat inner liners were bunched up into small balled up lumps. Customer service was aggressive and didn't attempt to resolve the issue. Instead blamed the customer.
