Bought this to take to a concert and it worked really well for that. Could take a 12x12x6 plastic tote into the concert and this blanket took up an out half that clear plastic bag. In pics I saw of this blanket, it could be wore as a poncho. The one I received was not made to do that and I was fine with that… actually happy it was just a normal blanket. Both sides are of same material. Looked as if it was slightly water resistant. Like the tie downs on the corners you could put stakes in to hold it in place. Loved that it packs into its own bag. Only con might be it’s slightly slippery to sit on if you are at a slight incline. Don’t regret buying it and I bet it will see many more concerts. ... show more
