Okay I needed a jacket for my daughter simple enough!! Went to grab a northface was not sure about the size so looked at the size guide the first time it had girls listed and said a medium was a 10/12 so that is the size I selected once it arrived it was only a 10......not long enough....so I had to return I check the little card on her jacket it says large is a 12 only so I'm like okay so their size guide wasn't correct that sucks so I go to order the same jacket in a different size well that isn't prime so had to pick a different color ordered a large which according to them is a 12 ......comes in and it's a 14/16.. so now she is drawing in it......annoying as all get out but I won't return and purchase again
