It is as advertised, fleece is soft and of good quality, fit is to size, color matches picture on web site. My only complaint is the North Face decal . Is appears to be an iron on or silk screen decal that might not stand up to frequent use and washings. My previous ( I use every week and is about 8 years old) North Face fleece, has an embroidered decal that has stood up to frequent use and washings .See pictures ( new fleece pic # 1. Really like micro fleece as a mid-layer, previously purchased multiple NF Canyonlands full zip jackets which seem to have been replaced by the Cedar Trail Grid Fleece? Prefer the exterior finish of the Canyonlands but the Cedar Trail seems to be a suitable replacement. Really like the open/loose cuffs at the sleeves, also great weight and finish for casual wear. Great jacket as light layer Feels amazing and light, warm and good enough for light wind and mid 50s 2 issue that will make it really perfect: 1. The shoulder stitching is a bit awkward which creates a bit of a bump , not too bad but I would expect better quality. 2. There is an inner chest pockets which is nice but the upper stitching is also bulky and awkward.     • Heads up - Khaki Stone color not as pictured

Just a heads up, the Khaki Stone color is true khaki as pictured and veers more towards a tan/mustard kind of hue. I actually don't really like it. 3.5 stars otherwise because I love the fit and feel of the jacket. Perfect for cooler transitioning between seasons.

So far it's exactly what I wanted. It's been perfect for the late winter/early spring weather. It works well by itself or with a shell for wet weather, I assume it will be a staple in the fall wardrobe as well. The material is warm and soft. Looking forward to travel with it.
