And talk about it on your tiktok, so that way, you know how, in depth the marvel universe is because of those who don't know power skilling or know how to build worlds, or it's established macrocosms, and whatnot, the best way to learn any of that.Or even learn new nicknames and facts about your characters is to read this book.And the other marvel encyclopedia, as well which in this case I have both, I also want one that includes g.I joe star wars and transformers at exactly at the same time ... show more

Well designed and beautifully made, as you would expect from a DK book. The size is a bit smaller than you might expect if you did not read through the details. It comes in at roughly 8" x 9", similar in size to a typical academic textbook rather than the coffee table sized editions of the past. The hardcover is tightly bound with stiff board covers and a spine that allows it to lie fully flat when open. The pages are thick, high gloss stock and the printing is crisp, bold, and flawless. As for the contents, these books are always fun to have around, especially if you have younger friends and family just getting interested in the Marvel Universe. This is a great way to introduce them, fill them in on backstory & lore, or just let them peruse and explore. The downside with these is that they do become somewhat outdated each time that Marvel decides to shake things up with some major event or catastrophe. That being said, however, I have a little collection of "Marvel Encyclopedia" type books like this that stretch back to the early '80's and they are always fun to go back and look at to see how things have shifted over time.     • A Must‑Have Book for Every Marvel Fan

This is a beautiful book that provides a wonderful overview of the many different corners of Marvel. I'm mostly a movie and show watcher, though I occasionally dabble in the comics here and there. When I was a kid (many moons ago), I collected Marvel trading cards, and in a lot of ways, this book reminds me of a trading card collection. It gives an overview of all sorts of different characters (and other topics) like a back of a card would, but with more info since a book page is much bigger than a card. The book does an excellent job of breaking down Marvel’s biggest concepts. One moment, you’re reading about Marvel's take on robots and AI, and then several pages later, you switch gears to the magical universe and learn all about Clea Strange. Plus, you get a pretty solid explanation of the Infinity Stones. And for anyone out there who's a fan of the game, Midnight Sons, there's a page in there for you (though I wish there were more pages because that was a great game). Anyway, I think you'll enjoy this book whether you’re a hardcore fan who knows every origin story by heart, or you just love the MCU and want to expand your knowledge. Five stars, because giving it anything less would feel like disappointing Captain America, and no one wants to experience that level of shame. ... show more
