I've had this rug for less than 3 months and it is full of holes. It is in a second home and has seen very little wear. Amazon won't return it nor will they give me the contact info to contact the company. There is not contact info that I see on the page, it just takes you back to contact Amazon. This is a nice rug for the price came nicely wrapped first in plastic than in white burlap. I have no ideas where it was stored but it certainly was not wrapped. I have vacuumed it more than six times and I'm still getting so much debris from it . I like it, arrived in two days, it is going on a patio so I'm not so concerned with how dirty it is. Although I must add if it was to go in my home I would send it back. I never write reviews just felt I should save some people some time. ... show more

There is so much black dust/dirt in this rug it has made out feet black! I cannot vacuum it enough to get it all out. I’m going to have to purchase a new vacuum to try to get it out. I purchased this jute rug for my grandsons play area in my house. I was a bit worried it would be too stiff and rough for their little legs when wearing shorts but I was completely wrong!! For a jute rug, it is very soft and they love it! They haven’t made one comment about it being itchy or scratchy...very happy with it! ... show more

I would think twice before buying. I ordered this rug, because the one that I had ordered on another site was delayed several times. This rug was supposed to be in stock and ready to be delivered in three days, BUT it was delayed several times, 3 weeks later it finally arrived! But I got exited too soon. The outside packaging was damaged on arrival but the inside was intact. The rug is beautiful and soft and would have been worth the money and the wait BUT it’s already falling apart in less than a week! I have a feeling it will be in the trash soon! ... show more

I wanted a rug to put under a round dinette set with a glass top, and I was thought the natural fiber look would suit my decor and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it up. It's perfect for my needs. It is a thin rug so it doesn't have a lot of rigidity to it and would definitely need a pad to hold it in place but that was exactly what i was looking for. ... show more

Rug came poorly wrapped the first time I ordered it...just a thin plastic wrap around it which was ripped up in certain spots causing the rug to be kind of grimey. I also noticed the rug had an odor to it...like it had been sitting out in the rain for a long time or something...So I ordered a replacement...unfortunately, the second rug really smelled of mold.
