We had an old aluminum mill, and this thing is 100x better. Metal and construction are high quality. IT is easy to use, and clean. Works wonderfully. The plates are easy to change out, and it runs fluidly. We use it and the large hole plate for processing chokecherries for jam and syrup.

I wouldn't usually get excited about a foley--food mill--but this one is deluxe and I'm so happy with it. Well made, it just feels like quality. Four discs to choose from but I've only used one--for separating tomato skins and seeds from pulp. Easy to assemble, and easy to clean. And easy to put it back in the box for storage since I only use it during harvest.

Good quality for a fair price. Parts fit and worked perfectly. Four plates afford lots of options for different tasks. Made quick work of processing 30# of tomatoes and easily separated skins and seeds making an excellent sauce. Stainless steel is durable and the unit cleaned up easily.

This stainless-steel food mill helped me puree 8 pounds of cored, chopped, cooked tomatoes plus finely chopped garlic and onions for a Moroccan tomato sauce recipe that I wanted to can. Not one seed or peeling got through, using the ultrafine disc. It was easy to put together because the instructions were clear. It was also easy to clean. I am very satisfied with this product.
