I purchased the 6x9 size to replace a wool rug, and I could not be more pleased. I wish I had gotten this to begin with. There was NO smell, it came rolled in a plastic bag with moisture absorbent packs. I rolled it out and it immediately laid smooth. It is reversible. I have it placed on a1/4" felt rug pad, and it is soft to my feet. My two large dogs have long nails and so far this hasn't caused any issue. My robot vacuum has no problem running over it either. It looks beautiful! I think it is a great value. I spent $400 on the wool rug and after 6 months with two dogs it looked worn and faded. Even if I had to replace this rug once at year at this price, it would be a huge savings over the wool rug and expensive cleaning. And it looks better! ... show more

I expected the rug to be scratchy and to have a bit of a chemical odor, but it’s soft and warm underfoot, and odor-free. It’s true to the advertised dimensions with nicely varied natural colors. Very happy!

    • Very poor quality!
The Knitted Co. 100% Jute Area Rug 8x10 is very poor quality. The ends starting fraying immediately. We have the rug in an area that does not get much foot traffic at all and the binding started to separate from the rug almost immediately.

I really wanted to love this and I waited months to see how it held up before I wrote this review. I bought this for my new house 6 months ago. I put it under my dining room table. It is so cute however any spill or anything it doesn’t come out it stains it instantly, and cleaning it up with water/soap just created a bigger mark. My other con is that the rug stretches out really bad and bunches up weird. I wanted to love it but unfortunately quality doesn’t hold up. ... show more
