I went into this knowing that it would be a lot of time and effort, but hopefully the results would make it worth it. They did not... not even a little bit. And, I have light skin and dark hair, which supposedly makes me the perfect candidate for this device. I used this for my shoulders and back. It was a time consuming and tedious ordeal (for my wife as well because it is impossible to do your own back with this device). We meticulously used this for over a half hour per session, making sure we went over ever spot twice with the device's tiny little window of flash. I used the highest setting and made sure to follow all instructions, shaving off any regrown hair before each treatment. We did this twice a week for the recommended 12 weeks (over the initially promised 8 weeks). Then, I waited... hoping to see the results of all this hard work. Extreme letdown. In less than a week, all the hair started to grow back. The same results as just shaving it off, like I didn't use the device at all. All the hair is back. Full growth- no change at all from before using the device. A huge waste of money, and a huge waste of time.

I was a little skeptical at first, but the Flasher 2.0 has totally exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to use, and I love that I can treat multiple areas without any discomfort. This is the second IPL device I've tried, and the only one that actually worked—it has completely got rid of all my body hair (fingers, toes, arms, legs, pits). After consistent use over the past week, I am officially hair-free everywhere I treated. The process was painless, super easy to use, and so much more convenient than waxing or shaving. It is very very easy to use this product. It can be very quick for small areas, but seems to take forever if you are using it on your legs. I have very thick and coarse hair, but have noticed a stark reduction in hair growth. I cannot say that hair is completely gone even after eight weeks of consistent use. This was pain free until the setting got too high. I did notice that sometimes the setting bumped up without me clicking it.

I’ve only just started using the Nood device on my shoulders, but I’m already impressed with how easy it is to use. This doesn't really work very well. I've been following the guidelines strictly, using consistently for many months longer than even recommended and i see almost no difference.

Worked good in one area but after months of following the instructions everywhere else actually comes in thicker since you need to shave more often to use this. Also very time consuming. Highest setting has a two second delay between flashes. With a 1 inch flash window that makes a large area take a very long time. Especially since it needs to be done twice per sitting.
