Features

  • PD (Perfect Durability) or Titanium needles are the same great quality of Organ needles with the advantage of having a titanium nitride coating layered on the surface of the needle. With the titanium coating, these needles last up to five times longer than conventional chrome-plated needles. They are more wear resistant which reduces needle breakage, bending and distorting.
  • This is a special version of the 15x1 for embroidery and decorative stitching. It is made to higher standards for longer life.
  • It has an oversize eye to reduce stress and tension on the thread. It also accommodates metallic threads for heavier top stitching thread and makes needle threading easier.
  • Ball Point needles are used for sewing on knits; the rounded tip allows the needle to pass between the fabric threads by separating them.

I couldn't wait to get these needles because they were supposed to have a "large eye". I am livid....while they appear to be of a higher quality than typical needles, don't be fooled----the eyes on these needles are the same as regular needles and are certainly NOT "large eye". Unless some incompetent person with the company packed the wrong package, in which case, kindly send me the LARGE EYE needles and I'll give you more stars. bruhh idk what the problem is, i bought these for my serger and made sure they were the right size/type/whatever for my serger, and they work for a bit but they're extremely flimsy and ive broken like 7 of the 10 pack already. it says they're supposed to last way longer than regular needles but the needles that came with my sergers lasted like 2 years, and i'm changing these a few times a week. garbage ! ... show more
