I like the model and colors. I just wonder how long the paint has been sitting in a warehouse. Some of them go on nicely, a couple are very separated out no matter how much I shake. I think they went bad sitting too long on a shelf. I'm just getting into the hobby so I didn't realize how big a difference that made. I just got new paints were from a line that just came out so I knew they were fresh. I literally didn't know until I tried that it shouldn't take layer after layer after layer to get a base coat put down. This is kind of related, I also bought some paint from my local game store that was even worse than this. Much worse. This was actually my "good paint" until the real good stuff arrived. So learn from my mistakes, buy your paints from a store that sells large volumes of this stuff and will tell you how fresh their product is. ... show more

These paints are awesome! I was pleasantly surprised at how good the coverage is, a little goes a long way too. I'm a beginner and these are the first miniature paints I have tried but I am very impressed with them. The paints come with a paint brush and even a free miniature figure.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the paint and how it goes on smooth and thick enough where I won't need second coats of anything.
