The Final Cut measurements of canopy
Size: 12x20 white
Product will not fit a 10x20 canopy frame, the web tells me that a 12x20 tarp will fit, the Final Cut specs need to be around 11’.6 wide an 19’.6” long. Our 12' x 20' polyethylene carport canopy replacement cover is designed to fit a standard 10' x 20' frame - the extra 2" of this replacement canopy tarp are designed to allow enough material to adequately cover the high center angle. This 12' x 20' poly carport canopy cover is available in , this last paragraph is from Canopy and Tarps website

Cover
Size: 10x20 white
Needed extra stretch ties as the canopy was a little short to cover the 20' frame. But was able to put two stretch ties in tandem which worked well.

Worth for the money spent
Size: 10x20 white
The product was acceptable for the money spent. It was easy to put together and looks OK. I've owned several and they serve their purpose. The weakest link to any canopy is the tarp. They last a year or two due to the millage of the material. I recommend this product if you need a temporary cover.

Fits my frame
Easy to replace and attach to my frame. Water proof. The material could be thicker, but we'll see how long it lasts. Grommets for ball bungie's. So far, so good.

To large
Size: 10x20 white
Because these are attached To the frame with bungee type chords, this is wider than the frame. So one side has to be tide with rope rather than using bungee on both side.
