The media could not be loaded. It just fell apart out of nowhere, while I was using it on my face!!! I put it back together, but it did it again. After a few more attempts, it literally just stopped working all together.

I used tried to use it and had fully charged it overnight and the first tome it seemed great but the next two times it would work for 3-5 mins and turned off!!?? I charged it again overnight and tried it the next day and still it kept working for a few mins and kept shutting down! Had to return!
