    • Don't be fooled, it's a scam!
They are selling these calculators as "Certified Reconditioned. Looks and works like new". This is a lie. There is no reconditioning and they certainly don't look new. I never even made it as far as trying to turn it on after I saw that it still had offensive writing on it. I can not stress this enough, buy from someone else. This seller is charging you near full price of a new, unused calculator for whatever came out of someone's backpack no matter what condition it is in. ... show more

    • Complicated/large learning curve
This calculator did what it needs to do for the class that my son was taking, but the functions could’ve been laid out better and easier to access . It took my son about a week to really learn how to use it and he still runs into some problems trying to use it for some of the math questions just because the functions are counter intuitive and hidden behind the function key menus. If I would’ve known how much of a learning curve it was to use I probably would’ve had him continue using the online calculators that he was using prior to getting to this calculator because it was easier to get to the functions that you needed. Once you learn how to navigate the calculator it does what it needs to do and is a powerful tool you just have to take the time to learn the ends and outs. If the instructions and the functions were easier to use this calculator would definitely be five stars but because of the problems my son had in learning how to use it I could only give it a four star rating. ... show more

    • TI Calculators are the standard for any advanced mathamatics. Screen protector is junk.
A TI Calculator is priceless for doing math in high school and beyond. I still have mine I got over 20 years ago and still use it in my job today. I was excited to get one for my daughter. This looked like a great package deal. Calculator comes in a bubble wrap sleeve with no documentation. You get cheap foreign batteries and a screen protector that is garbage. It say the screen protector is "military grade", well it is if they are in reference to military grade toilet paper. It is garbage, the direction stickers were upside down and backwards...... it is just a thin sheet of film to put on the screen. The cable is well a cable, hard to get that wrong. Overall a good deal, but I wouldn't buy it again as a package deal because the only great part is the calculator. The rest you can do without or buy something that will work better(Batteries, screen protector). ... show more

I thought it was new, came scratched and the decimal button was broken. Returned for a refund and still waiting after three weeks. Buyer beware!

I received it in a very used condition. It had some kids name scratched into the back and only a quarter of the screen worked. Very disappointed. Do not for any reason buy this product. Go to Walmart or somewhere else and just buy it new.
