I mean its the most classic calculator out there. Its way too expensive for what it is, something like an HP-prime is objectively better, but its just so widely used by everyone that it gets away with it. If you're a regular student looking for a calculator, this is probably where you'll end up. The TI-inspire is too much for most people, and the HP-prime can be harder to use (also both are banned in some exams). Its popularity is also great for the community made programs that can be helpful. I would consider a cheaper non color TI-84 model if graphing is not a big use case. ... show more
