The width is great, if you disagree try life hacks like blow drying the strap to make it softer so it can mould to your feet. I’m not an expert on arch support but I feel they allow your weight distribution to be healthy and it seems to support my arch very well. Super comfortable, perfect as a first pair or for pole bc they grip the floor well ... show more

I’m a size 6.5 and usually size 6 in heels but I read the reviews about them being smaller than usual sizing so I sized up to a 7 and they fit perfect! They fit perfect and they are so comfortable! The arch support is amazing.
