I bought this bag to take to Disney with me because if you've been to Disney you know drinks are EXPENSIVE. I got a different brand last year and it just wasn't big enough to carry anything other than the water bag. This bag however is perfect for carrying everything I needed to take into Disney. *1 rain poncho, 2 bottles of sun screen and other small odds and ends* it has several pockets. It was the perfect size and fit on all the rides no problem. The ONLY problem I had with mine was it was hard to drink out of with the rubber tip on the "straw" but once I pulled it off it worked just fine and didn't leak without the rubber piece.     • Stiff straps
I didn't like that the straps by my armpits were super stiff. But when using the chest strap, the stiffness wasn't rubbing against my armpits. It does have several pockets and the water bladder and straw seem super sturdy!

Update: Used this bag on our Disney trip, two park days and 10 days in Florida. This bag carried everything I needed. Water bladder came in handy, I always had water available. The water in the tube was warm, fresh water from the bladder was cooler but not cold. Adding additional insulation (insulation sleeve?) would help and using the smooth ice trays, like cylinders (smooth edges), would work to keep the water cooler longer. Just don't put anything sharp in the bag or overland the bag and the water bladder will be just fine. I really like this bag. Love the color (pink). I cannot speak on the quality of the hydration bag yet. I hope to take it for a hike in the next couple weeks. The pack is well balanced on my frame (5'7"), I prefer the bag to sit just above my hips. I will have to get an additional bag for the hip belt to hold my phone. Overall a great bag. ... show more

This hydration backpack was used for the purpose of carrying an M6 gas oxygen bottle which I think is also now known as a B bottle. I removed the bladder and put the oxygen tank where the bladder was. Then I threaded the tubing through where the bladder tubing goes. I removed the hose clip from my old hydration pack which this didn't come with.........so I don't get tangled with the oxygen tubing; maybe for the hydration tubing a clip isn't needed? I use the various other compartments for my important other things needed since we all know you cannot leave insurance and registration in our cars due to criminals breaking in. No one else has anything better as the bags specifically made to carry oxygen tanks are butt ugly. ... show more

I really wanted to like this backpack! The color is gorgeous, it has loads of handy pockets, the back is really comfortable, and the size is just right for what I wanted to carry. BUT I have narrow shoulders... And the shoulder straps on this backpack are wide set. The straps themselves are pretty stiff, too, and the stiffest part of them (where the chest strap attaches) is right in my lower armpit/upper bicep area. Not comfortable at all. So I'm returning it. Amazon changed their return options, so now my "free" return requires driving 25 minutes to the nearest Amazon locker center. Ugh. I miss UPS drop-off! I can't comment on the water bladder, because I never opened it. ... show more

I am loving this bag for hikes and biking, the bladder seems good, hasn't leaked, stays cold (I also put an ice pack in the bag with the bladder). It's overall comfy, has a lot of pockets for snacks and other items you may want to bring depending on use. I also dedicated one of the small pockets to trash so I can pick up garbage along the trails and dispose of it properly unlike the human garbage that left it there :) I plan to buy at least one more in a different color, I purchased the purple color and it's very pretty. ... show more

This pack is great for day trips. The side pockets are perfect for water bottles if you prefer them, or if you need more than the 2 liters the bladder holds, plus you can reach them easily while wearing the pack. The back allows for decent ventilation, and the bungee cord and open pouch allow me to stuff extra jackets just in case. I really love the bright colors too! The construction seems pretty sturdy so far. I think there are just enough different pockets to allow you to separate out a few things u might need quickly, such as tp, a jacket, or your keys, and then a big enough main compartment to fit plenty of tasty snacks for when you want to have a picnic. ... show more
