I purchased this for my sweetheart’s momma. She at first said it’s too small and wanted to exchange. She’s been having back pain and tried it again before returning and ended up saying it really worked and made her back pain go away. I think these run tight and “tight” is the fit needed to do its job. I’m so glad she finds back pain relief when she wears this belt. I use one (a different brand) and wear by the effectiveness of back support waist wraps. Highly recommend using a waist belt for back support.
