This double-sided tape is the strongest we make, capable of supporting 100 kg per m. How to use – Step by step First clean your surface with clean cloth and some alcohol or silicone-free window cleaner. Getting rid of dirt or grease will help to give optimal hold. The tesa Powerbond Ultra Strong should be applied in vertical strips to whichever is the rougher surface. Next, press down firmly across the entire surface of the strips for at least 5 seconds. The top of the hanging area will have to take the most weight - so add more tape to this part, too. Remove the protective foil from the tape before pressing your item into position. Finally, apply firm pressure to the item for another 5 seconds. This is necessary in order to get as strong a bond as possible.
