Great flat iron. Heats up in seconds and gets hot. My hair is thin so I don’t know how long it would take to straighten thick hair but I can straighten mine in minutes with this flat iron. It says you can curl hair with this as well but that hasn’t worked out for me.

This flat iron delivers! I was going to purchase a known, quality iron (Babyliss) for $100–150, but a) I wanted to save money and b) the product video was super convincing. I think my hair is 4B - not really good at that stuff. It works on one pass, but some habits die hard and a few times I definitely went over the section twice. The more expensive iron is ultra thin and thought I would miss that feature, but it works out just fine with small sections. I wish the plates were a little longer. Overall, this is a great buy.
