This is a very good straightener for the money. I don't remember what I paid for it, but it was very affordable. It works great for my fine wavy to curly hair at the lowest setting, 300. I don't like it as well as my HSI, but when my old HSI finally gave out, Amazon was sold out. They still are. After purchasing a useless Conair straightener that kept turning itself off and finally died after a few tedious months. All-in-all, I am satisfied with this purchase. I dry my hair with a Revlon big barrel blower brush then smooth and straighten with a flat iron. So far, this one is a keeper.

Just got it tonight and had to play with it. Its worth the money. It heats fast and I'm done in 20 mins. It only snagged my hair when I straightened a small fraction but they all do. And i love how easy the cord is to put away. Just get it.
