We do pest control bi-monthly but still see scorpions in our backyard. For that extra safety and scorpion hunt, decided to try this. I can say it works for sure. Easy to spray with a long nozzle. Reasonably priced too in the competition too when I compare to the options in the supermarkets. We just moved in to a home at the base of a mountain. Yes, it's scorpion central. This stuff is amazing and has become a staple in my home. The nozzle not only helps in spraying directly on the scorpion, but you want to make sure you spray underneath them and this allows you to poke at them to make that happen. My admiration of scorpions are in their aggressive appearance and function. But that is where it stops!! Spiders, Have a chrome one on my Truck, again they are aggressive in appearance, that is all I like about them, well the do eat other pests. Just go do that away from my home!! This spray takes care of them when the exterminators are busy or just too damn expensive!! Do not get BIT just get TERRO! ... show more

I bought this after I got stung by a scorpion in my home. Grrr! It was excruciatingly painful and I went to WAR on bugs. My home is extremely clean and I live upstairs so I thought I was safe. Not true. I bought this stuff and sprayed my perimeter, bought a black light cannon, and replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom of my front door to keep those little bastards from crawling in. I've lived in Arizona for 35 years and this was my first (and last, if I have anything to say about it) encounter with one of those creepy, poisonous devils. Since I sprayed, I have not seen a single bug of any type. It works great! I bought 2 cans for me... and 2 cans for my son who lives downstairs with scorpions and black widows on his porch. He hasn't seen anything either since he sprayed. I would suggest though that you were protective clothing...latex gloves, mask, hat, long sleeves, etc. Then shower after...just as a precaution. And don't spray where kids or pets hang out. Thats why i only heavily sprayed my perimeter outside and keep the inside clean...so bugs don't have any reason to come in. I like the fact that this thing has a little "straw" that helps shoot the product out farther. Because the last thing I want is having to get too close to scorpions. It's important you shake the bottle a few times, this will make the product foam up when it hits one of those evil critters. Killed 7 (!) of them in one night. It does not kill scorpions immediately but as soon as you spray this stuff on one of them, you do notice the scorpion reacts...weird. Can't describe it but it seems like the scorpion becomes somewhat erratic, like the product is indeed starting to do something to it right away. Oddly, the scorpions didn't start running away or anything. They just took the poison and died. So after you spray the foam on a scorpion, stay clear. Then give it another minute and the stinging monster will be in scorpion hell soon enough. I used about half of the can to kill the 7 scorpions. I don't know if that's overkill but frankly, after being stung by scorpions before I don't care - they need to go, and fast. The first few times I didn't shake the bottle and it shot out the liquid, which worked but not as fast. After shaking it, the product covered the scorpions entirely in thick foam and seemed to work faster. It didn't leave any permanent stains on the concrete walls I sprayed this on (Scorpions like to hang out - literally - on the backyard's wall at night). The spray is strong and forceful, at no point did this stuff is going to slow-trickle its way over may hand. Seeing how well it kills scorpions that's probably a good thing. ... show more
