This mattress is good for it's price. I have some back issues and when I sleep on this I do not have to worry about my back. I can say I would have liked it a bit softer for my Queen mattress. I bought a twin mattress as well. The twin mattress is amazing. That one was really soft and I slept so well. I don't know why or what the difference was from the twin to the queen, yet the queen mattress was more firm. I personally like externally pillow conferment. So I feel this mattress is Simi firm for the queen size. So for me I will add a pillow topper at some point to the queen. I still like the mattresses for the prices I bought it. I like that I sleep well on it, and that my back does not give me issues when I wake up on either mattress. I would recommend this mattress to anyone that needs a replacement. I personally love the 12 in thickness. It does tell you on the box to let it fluff for 72 hours. I do recommend doing this so that you have the most out of the mattress.

It took a few days, but the mattress did eventually puff up to 9 1/2-10". The pillowtop wasn't tacked down well in some areas and that top layer of foam seems a little bunched here and there. I still think it will be comfortable (had to wait for sheets to arrive) and otherwise seems good. If it sags early, I'll be back to update. I take the 10-yr warranty with a grain of salt because these companies change names too often. But if I get a few years out of it, I'll be content. Seems like a good deal for the price right now. Current Edit: I've had this mattress now for a bit over a year. It still looks good, doesn't squeak, and I can't feel any springs when I push down. I think the middle is starting to sag a bit, though. I still think this is probably a great choice for lower weight individuals, but over 175 lbs, maybe not the best option long-term. But then, are any these days? I'd like to see some really strong springs that won't sag. Firm, yes, but then we could pile on the padding we need and it seems they would last longer. Still think this one was a good buy though for the price.

Bought this for my elderly 265lb mom who resides in a nursing home. This bed is perfect and VERY comfortable! I bought a twin and it fits perfectly on a hospital sized metal bed frame. This is not a firm bed at all but mot too soft either. She has back pain from arthritis but has not had any complaints sleeping on this mattress. This was purchased six months ago and is still holding up perfectly! She is short so I choose the 10 in thickness. Highly recommend!!
