Extremely bad chemical smell- aired out the mattress - did everything the manufacturer asked to do and nothing. Unfortunately they did not agree to either swap the mattress nor a refund. I would suggest looking elsewhere

Updated. The mattress was beautiful when we got it, since then (only a few months), it developed a deep dip on the edge where one would sit to get out of the bed. May be good for a spare or guest room, but not for every night. We had to replace it with a better quality mattress, and are trashing this one ... show more
