Looks absolutely awesome, we got many compliments and asked about it. During the day you cant see through it at all unless your standing directly infront of it. It worked great blocking the sun during the heat of the day especially since our camper doors swell. During the night you can see through it but with different lights it has a awesome appearance. It seems to be made very sturdy, I was able to put it up alone but 2 people make it much easier.

Should provide some sun protection, especially when sun is at low level in the sky in relation to awning and or rv orientation, but honestly the awning will provide the most shade.
