Fantastic little save. I like the fact there are three ways to unlock the safe. Biometric, 4-6 Digital code, and emergency key. Also if the battery pack runs down it has a battery backup that can be plugged in to the safe and open to change batteries. When I purchased the safe, my idea was to be able to keep my valuables safe. The lining started falling apart as soon as the removable shelf was taken out. This was not a dealbreaker as the safe still worked. I programmed the passcode as instructed but to my surprise it kept malfunctioning. Still not a deal breaker, it also can be programmed to open with a finger print or the back up keys. Here’s what I don’t like, it is a lot tinier than needed. In order to maximize the space you have to remove the shelf, my purse doesn’t fit without removing the shelf. If it is accidentally dropped, the door comes open, not very secure considering it is advertised as being an option for firearm security. But the most concerning discovery was that the safe can be prayed open with a butter knife. Not something that you want to trust your valuables and/or firearms to be safe in. Now almost a year later I am stuck with a expensive hunk of metal. I can’t contact the seller or Amazon. Don’t waste your time or money.

Not a bad little safe....but, it is very front heavy. The body of the safe is solid but not very thick, the majority of the weight is in the door so when you open it and it isn't anchored into the wall it will cause the safe to fall forward. The "leather" interior looks nice but the covering on the shelf wasn't glued very well and is coming away from the shelf as shown in the photos. The interior light works well and isn't very bright but bright enough to find objects inside in the dark. The shelf is removable, however it's a bit difficult to get out. The finger print ID works surprisingly well once programmed. I honestly thought it was going to be just a gimmicky kind of thing and not a fully functional finger print scanner but once I programmed it, it works well with the finger I used to program it and ONLY that finger as it should. Both barrel lock keys and the lock work fine. The digital keypad is a bit difficult to get to turn on, it seems to work better when there is some kind of light shinning on it. The biggest drawback to this safe is that it talks. Every time you put in your password or use the finger print ID a voice says "Please Open The Door" and there doesn't appear to be any way to turn it off. Nothing about the voice is mentioned in the owners manual at all and I didn't see anything about it in the description. I don't like the idea of people knowing every time I open my safe when they hear the voice. If you are using this for your home protection firearm storage you certainly don't want a voice letting the intruders know you've opened your safe!

The media could not be loaded. Very well designed product. The engineering on the safe has the latest authentication and safety measures taking them to mind from consumers. It doesn't have a hard reset button in the back which is great. Because most most states that you buy from Walmart you can reset them with a wire hanger. I did buy it used so it does have a little scratch in the front but I don't mind.

The size of this safe works well for our needs, as we needed a place to lock up knives and sharp objects in our kitchen. We are able to have the safe on our kitchen counter, and the fingerprint access makes access to to the knives convenient. The safe seems to be a good value given its feature set. We removed the shelf to be able to utilize the full interior height of the safe. The safe gives us piece of mind and is just what we needed.

For a safe at its current price point (As of 3/22/2023), it...does its job I guess. However, that does not excuse the poor quality of the safe. My main reason being the knob which you open the safe is cheaply handled. If you take a closer look, you can see its only being held by one large spring coil and a tiny screw. This will wear out and sadly this happened to me. After 5 month of use the knob finally wear out and cannot open the safe. I had to use a tool to open the safe. Another poor thing that was handled was the battery cover. While isn't bad to say the least, there is a cap that is basically a small rectangle cover. This can get lost very easily if you aren't careful and I ended up losing it. Silly me I guess but I feel like the design could be way better. Maybe have the cap integrated to the safe? [Outdated] Lastly is support. Uh, there is none lol. Seriously! Since my return window has closed I cannot return it so I was wondering if I can get some support with this safe. Sadly to my knowledge there is none. I should've really looked into the seller profile because I noticed something immediately suspicious. First of all, the sellers business name looks like someone smashed their keyboard 500 times. I mean, do you know a business name that is "ningboshibeilunqulinghushangmaoyouxiangongsi"? This business name is in pinyin but there is no spacing so I cannot translate this well lol. I could really make up a few characters. Oh yea by the way there is no phone number to contact or email so uhh..have fun?! [Updated 4/6/2023] Turns out I was wrong! Silly me! Their support email is in their manual. Tenamic came out of their way to gave me a replacement safe. For Tenamic efforts, I will boost this from 1 stars to 3 stars. I think this is the sweet point for this safe but I still think Tenamic can do better on this safe like making the knob more durable. Overall, props to you Tenamic! Continue what you do. [Outdated] TL:DR Don't buy this safe! You will get no support if your safe goes wrong and it is cheaply made! [New] TL:DR Overall fine safe. Just me careful of the knob since you can accidentally loosen it.
