Fantastic little save. I like the fact there are three ways to unlock the safe. Biometric, 4-6 Digital code, and emergency key. Also if the battery pack runs down it has a battery backup that can be plugged in to the safe and open to change batteries. The batterys operate a light that lights the inside up and the fingerprint reader also the touch keypad. And it can be mounted to the wall securely.

When I purchased the safe, my idea was to be able to keep my valuables safe. The lining started falling apart as soon as the removable shelf was taken out. This was not a dealbreaker as the safe still worked. I programmed the passcode as instructed but to my surprise it kept malfunctioning. Still not a deal breaker, it also can be programmed to open with a finger print or the back up keys. Here’s what I don’t like, it is a lot tinier than needed. In order to maximize the space you have to remove the shelf, my purse doesn’t fit without removing the shelf. If it is accidentally dropped, the door comes open, not very secure considering it is advertised as being an option for firearm security. But the most concerning discovery was that the safe can be prayed open with a butter knife. Not something that you want to trust your valuables and/or firearms to be safe in. Now almost a year later I am stuck with a expensive hunk of metal. I can’t contact the seller or Amazon. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is a great little safe! To be clear if not bolted to the wall, nothing prevents a thief from walking off with it. It is not fireproof or break-in proof. With that, it sits on shelf in my closet and holds some values and my firearms. I specifically bought it to keep my firearms locked up and out of reach of my son. For that, it is great! The fingerprint reader is good and works as designed! Admittedly, you have to hit it just right with relatively dry hands for it to work. The fact you can program up to 30 prints is great, use it for me and my wife. We also use a key code as a backup to gain access. Setting up the fingerprints and code was very simple. There is even a little alarm you can set if some rocks the safe and deactivates with code or print. One downside is every time you press a button or use the print reader, it beeps. It is not overly loud, but loud enough if you want to access it in the middle of the night because of a suspected intruder, depending on the size of your house and location of safe, may be heard opening. One thing not mentioned in the instructions. The safe dial/keypad will not work if the batteries die (that is mentioned). The only way to access it of that happens is the emergency back up key (don't lose) or (this is what is not mentioned) the safe does come with a battery back up kit. The kit plugs into the safe keypad and powers it up so you can use the keypad and/or print reader to get the safe open. Once opened, you can replace the batteries. All in all, at this price point and my needs, this is perfect. Not too big, small, or overly complicated. As long as your not looking for something that is theft proof, this is great.

The media could not be loaded. Very well designed product. The engineering on the safe has the latest authentication and safety measures taking them to mind from consumers. It doesn't have a hard reset button in the back which is great. Because most most states that you buy from Walmart you can reset them with a wire hanger. I did buy it used so it does have a little scratch in the front but I don't mind.

Good quality. Biometric works as it should every time. Obviously per the discerption, its not waterproof or fireproof but I didn't need that for what I was storing. Biometric allows for quick access. So far, amazed at length of battery. Use the safe often and no problem with battery drain. Like the added feature of having an internal light that goes on when open and shuts off automatically if door isn't shut.
