I’m a side and stomach sleeper and I’m fairly big at 6’2”. This pillow flattens into a 2-3 inch rock after a couple of hours. If I’m on my side, I wake up with shoulder pain because my head no longer has any support. Also, this is the smallest queen size pillow I’ve ever used. A quarter of the pillow case is empty. I had the high pro and liked it but it was just a bit too high, giving me neck pain. This was not a good alternative. Really expensive mistake. I read the reviews but they didn’t have much detail to help me decide if people were just being dramatic or not. Now I know, and hope you do too. ... show more

We just purchased the Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze Soft Split King mattresses and the Ergo motion base. So naturally we wanted to try out these cooling pillows in size king and the HI one. Have only slept on it for one night even though we ordered about 10 days ago. Just had the mattress delivered yesterday. Will try it out for a few more nights and make a decision. One nice thing is the price that we paid. It is now about $90 more for each pillow than when we purchased them about 10 days ago. The price does change on this pillow quite a bit. We paid $131 new for the king sized ones. They were up to $219 for a week and now back down to $142 (all for king size). As far as the comfort (I have been sleeping on it now for over a week) it is much more comfortable than the Dual Cooling Breeze pillows also from Tempur-Pedic. They were much more dense and heavier and didn't seem as comfortable right out of the box. The comfort of these ProForm Cooling ProHi Pillows is great. It actually feels like it's getting a little bit softer now that we have been using it for almost a week. Cooling effect is decent too. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a Tempur-Pedic brand pillow to look into getting this one. ... show more

I really wanted to take my time with this pillow. I purchased it June 2020 (writing this January 2021), so it's been a little over 6 months. I admit, I wanted to return it in the first two weeks. But my experience with things like pillows and mattresses, I really need to give it 3 months to notice what I like and don't like. I took a chance on this pillow given how expensive it was but I'm glad I did. First, it molds against your head and goes back into shape every single time. I thought it was too "soft" for this reason, but in reality, my old pillow was too firm. Which brings me to the next point, I haven't had a migraine since I started sleeping on this pillow. No headaches or neck pain either. I realized because it was so "moldable," it was giving me the exact height, firmness, and consistency I needed (I highly recommend going for the high height for added firmness). Finally, the "cooling" technology isn't very good. It just isn't. I use silk pillow cases for my hair, and it makes it feel so "sticky." I even tried a cotton pillow case and it wasn't much better except during the winter. I read that the cooling effects is really just even distribution of heat, and not any additional cooling - but even then, I think it fails there so I had to deduct a star. For all the other benefits (especially the lack of migraines), it's well worth it to me. I say give this pillow a chance. ... show more

I’m a super hot sleeper. I’m a tummy and side sleeper and I can’t have my pillows too firm or too soft or I’ll get a horrible headache. This pillow is amazing! At first I was like “hmm it’s kind of hard..” and I was worried it would be too firm for my liking but your head sinks down into it perfectly for just the right amount of support! It’s cooling, but not too cool! The smell has gone away (let it air out for 24-48 hrs) but taking it out of the plastic did have a funny smell.
