I bought this pillow twice a long time ago. Back then, it was a bit larger and as I recall, a bit softer. This one seems a bit too firm at first, but as it’s used for awhile it breaks in and gets a lot more comfortable. I think it’s overpriced, but I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, so my pillow must maintain the alignment of my neck to prevent stiffness and pain. The pillow is approx 5” high, which is the low height standard. It’s the best pillow so far, to provide me with the alignment and comfort I need.     • Comfy but not enough cushion
This pillow is comfy, but sadly too flat for my personal liking. If you’re into flatter pillows, you’ll love this pillow. I like some cushion, so would have appreciated more filling. It’s not too firm and quality is great, just personally not for me, so sadly, I am returning.

I'm a side sleeper and I go through pillows frequently due to flattening. This pillow is amazing, soft, but fluffy and firm. Definitely a keeper! Very cool to the touch and helps me not overheat at night. Five stars!

My mom loves this! It was a perfect gift for her as she has been struggling with sleep as she’s gotten older. It’s more firm to the touch but you immediately sink into the foam as it forms to your body. This is why it’s so comfortable because it aligns with YOUR shape.     • Not what it used to be at all
This pillow is absolute trash. I wish I listened to the other bad reviews. I first got the Tempur-pedic symphony pillow in 2011 and had it until recently. It was the perfect pillow and I never had any neck pain when using it. But it was old and getting gross so I decided to throw it away and get a new one. Worst mistake of my life. The new one is nothing like the old one. It's hard to explain but this one is harder and lighter and when you press down on it it takes longer to return to original form, so it gets super flat while sleeping. Not like the old one that would conform perfectly and instantly and was firm but also soft at the same time. My neck started hurting within minutes of laying on it and I couldn't get comfortable at all. If you are looking to replace your old one just don't. You're probably thinking what I did - I'm sure it's not that much different, how bad could it be? Trust me, it's an absolute crap pillow now. ... show more

    • Doesn't conform well to your neck
Doesn't conform to your head, neck and shoulders. It's a hard pillow and has been giving me neck pain since using it. I was trying to get use to it but it hasn't worked yet
