    • Actually pretty great!
I used this fun paper as a half-wall treatment with molding top in our bathroom. It was easy enough to install, and I haven't had any issues with it since I put it up almost 3 weeks ago. I cleaned and sanded the walls beforehand. The only (rather obvious) thing is that it's impossible to get the patten to match up 100%. Or at least quite difficult. You can get very close...to the point where once it's all done it's actually barely even noticeable...But it takes some repositioning and careful unsticking a few times to get the placement just right. I did notice that depending on how many times I had to re-stick a panel, the more times I would squeegee over the metallic parts it would start to dull the shine and feather the crisp outline. Again- not to the point that you can tell once everything is finished. This is definitely a nice mid-priced, quality adhesive wallpaper. It's not see through and doesn't rip. I had only had experience lining drawers and closets with cheap, see-through contact paper, so this went above and beyond my expectations. I got the midnight & metallic gold, which I still can't decide if it's actually blue or black...it just might be on the blue side of black. I have black bathroom towels and in comparison the wallpaper isn't as true black as the towels, but it also doesn't read obviously blue next to them. The gold is what I would call "antique gold"- it's not super yellowy gold. It looks great! Very happy with how it came out! ... show more

I've never reviewed any products I've purchased from Amazon but felt compelled to do so now. I ordered 4 rolls for one wall in my dining room. My dining room had been previously a catch all for mail and items as it is the first room you see when you walk through the door. I saw this wallpaper and fell in love but was hesitant because I didn't want it to look to busy in such a small area. I could not have been more wrong. So here's the truth about installing...It took me and a friend who is far more meticulous than I am. I just wanted to see it up, but he assisted me in getting the pattern lined up. Like a previous review, you don't want the paper to touch other pieces because it will stick. The paper is good quality but because my walls are textured.. the pattern has somewhat of a hammered effect...which I like. If that is not the look you are going for then I would suggest a flat surface. The paper can be easily be removed and replaced in the event there are bubbles or the crease overlaps. I would suggest purchasing the wallpaper kit along with the wallpaper because it will assist with cuts and the tool glides over the wallpaper for bubbles. I think if you are detailed oriented then one person can handle this job. It took about two hours...mainly to get the pattern correctly positioned and the creases lined up. Gives a really elegant look to my powder room. Takes a little bit of time to get used to the application process especially if you’ve never hung wallpaper before. But once you do it’s easy. Since this bathroom was previously paneled, I did play with the application in some places and used wallpaper glue even though this is self stick. It gave me more ease of moving the paper when I needed to. You can’t tell where I just hung it on it’s own and where I used paste. Wish it were just a little more opaque as some places where I marked the wall with pencil marks ended up being visible through the paper slightly. Not a huge deal. Also the paper is a little thin and will show texture under it if your walls aren’t completely smooth. This was more of an issue for me because again, these walls were previously paneled and I did not replace the paneling with dry wall- I filled, skim coated, and painted them. Had to paint first because it’s recommended to have at least eggshell finish and the skim coat was of course flat. If you’ve got dry wall you should be fine. Overall satisfied. Another word of advice - DO NOT SKIP measuring and matching your panels when you’re hanging. It’s easy to look at a print like this and think you can wing it after a while. Don’t. Measure, line up, and cut your panels first every time. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. On sight I immediately fell in love with the pattern! I wanted to elevate my living room with an accent wall. I decided to go with this particular peel and stick wallpaper based on the pics and videos that others submitted. It is a high quality paper, and the adhesion is PHENOMENAL! However, it’s not very easy to work with. A took a little moment to peel away the paper from the backing. Despite the use of a squeegee I found it impossible to completely rid the paper of air bubbles/pockets. Not a deal breaker, but be prepared to have to work with it a bit. Well hell, wouldn't you know it. After all the work, the color shafing is a little off. The rolls were looking so good too. At first we thought it looked lighter because of the sunlight coming in. This project was no easy task so we kept on going. I am so bummed about the color being off but I'm going to go with it and hope that once all the furniture is in place, it won't even matter. So frustrating. I'm giving it 3 stars because the wallpaper is good quality, the sheen is beautiful and delivery was fast but how disappointing. ... show more
