Excellent compressor for the price! build quality is much better compared to another compressor - this one is cheaper, more compact & more accurate (so don't follow the sheep -18k reviews with a 4.4 rating can equate to a product whose quality may have gone down significantly since initial release to cut costs!!) Because there is a battery inside, it retains your last setting. I tried 2 different brand that aren't rechargeable (1) you have to select Auto, PSI & target pressure every time which gets really old fast (2) 12VDC and AC cords just get in the way (either you need to route the DC cord to each tire or the AC cord won't be long enough). time will tell in regards to how long the battery will last (I initially avoided rechargeable ones because I didn't want to buy something that was guaranteed to go obsolete so a nudge to the manufacturer to create a model w a user replaceable battery!). Ive got my fingers crossed that when the time comes, I'll be able to pry the unit open & that it has an industry standard 18650 I can replace myself with a high quality one (eg. Samsung 35E). I can't confirm this is possible & specifically got this model because if the battery dies, you can use the 12VDC cable & use it "tethered" to prevent it from going in the trash. I like how the unit uses the standard 5.5x2.5mm barrel connector so the included fused cord will do double duty so I can use one of my battery chargers while travelling in the car or any other 12V device that has this size plug (which is extremely common & 2.5mm barrel plug adaptors are plentiful) - this is a $8-10 cord I was actually going to buy separately & it's included! (so factor this in your decision if this cord can be used elsewhere!) other competitors don't include a case or pouch & this one has a black soft felt-like pouch. it can can take some twiddling to get the air hose to fit but everything included fits pretty easily. the LED is not just a white LED like competitor products - there is an SOS mode that flashes red, white, and blue like police lights! this is sure to get more attention in an emergency. it also can do the standard SOS distress signal. the only thing I don't like about the unit is it comes with a hose that has a "screw top" connector to the tire - this drove me nuts because for a unit with +/- 1 PSI accuracy (confirmed claim against 2 other analog gauges we own, see picture), you have to overfill your tire by 1.5-2 PSI just to account for the loss in pressure during the time you unscrew the hose! I absolutely loved the unit & took the effort to find a "flip top" attachment for $2 off Aliexpress (see photos) that solved this problem and as a bonus, I now have a deflater valve to conveniently release pressure if the tire happens to be overinflated - score! The seller was so amazing being in communication & helping me think of a solution & willing to take my feedback to improve a future revision of this product. I am happy to not knock a star off because I am more than satisfied w how much I paid in total (including the flip top workaround) given some competitors charge twice the price & provide less value. I am more than confident they will replace the hose with the flip top type in the future. You just need to know this going in. It also helps me be more confident the seller will stand behind their product under warranty & be in communication unlike the last two pumps I evaluated who *both* went MIA & Amazon had to take the slack (which ultimately raises prices of all items on Amazon for us - not cool!) ... show more

I like this pump overall for ease of use. Just know that the pressure haute isn't very accurate. To get a to to 31psi, I had to set the pump to 37psi. But since I already have a hand held gage to double check it, I'm still very happy with the purchase-- so easy to use!

this is likely the best purchase i have made in all my yrs ordering from amazon. i don't know how i did not these existed. saw an ad for one on social media that sells for $80ish. so i figured amazon would have something similar & cheaper. when i bought this one all total it was $30ish or less ... more than half the cost of the one advertised. this is a must have if u have a vehicle. even if u do not use it much, the ease this creates in airing up your tires is ridiculous. if u can find a free air pump @ a gas station, it is often not working & u have to wait in line & battle the potential car back-up wanting to use it & don't mention if u have to pay to air up your tires ... this will pay for itself very quickly. u can use this after charging it or plug straight into your car power outlet. one of my tires was about 15 psi low & it took maybe 2-3 mins to air it up. the best thing about this is it will stop pumping air @ the amount u preset it to. i checked all tires when i used it to fill them up & all were exactly correct. just awesome. i then took it to work to air up tires on our customer carts & i aired up 16 tires to 50 psi each & it took maybe 30 mins total. so i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. get 1 for u & anyone u want to get a gift for that has a vehicle. Excellent product, only caveat is the screw-on means of attaching to the valve stem, though I must admit that probably results in better longevity. The charge holds for a long time, and I pumped-up several tires before the charge began to wane. This is a real piece of trash, I bought 2 and put them aside until I needed them. Neither work properly, regardless of which setting you place it on PSI, BAR, Etc. it will not stay on for more than 2 seconds. I spent so much time trying to get it to stay on the battery ran down. I also tried running it on the supplied car power cable. It cannot even inflate a ball much more a car tire. I am just going to throw them in the trash where they belong along with my hard-earned cash. ... show more
