When I recieved the ladder it was not functioning properly. The bottom rung was not attached on one side. So I took it on myself and fixed it. When I went to use the ladder it was very flimsy and unstable. Not something I want in a ladder the reaches over 18 feet up. The distance between the steps When I was climbing is too long and makes climbing up and down very sketchy. The steps are also narrow and after standing on it for just a few minutes my feet were uncomfortable. When I read the fine print it says for light work and short duration. I am assuming this is is telling me not to use this ladder because it's junk. It's flimsy, unstable, and dangerous. I have spent a lot of time on ladders and this one scares me more than any other make. Do not buy.

I hate ladders that sag and bend and wobble. This is as solid a ladder as you could ask for. It’s a bit heavy but that’s a fair price to pay for strength.

So happy I didn't end up in the hospital. Same day it arrived I used it twice. Once to go up the attic and it Collapse on my way down. i figured maybe the pins were not totally locked so i try it again this time making sure taking my time locking all the pins. I used it to go up the roof, felt super weak so i decided not to go all the way up and as soon as i was coming down it collapsed on me again luckily i was by the floor already. I ended up buying the 20feet one that Supposedly able to handle 330lb. My weight is 185lb. I sent it back and asked for a refund and still no reply.

Cut my work load in half doesn't way much and can do most jobs on my own , hands down really blown away by how good this ladder turned out .

While it is nice that this folds up and is easy to transport, the ladder is not sturdy at all and feels unsafe to be on. I had to rent an aluminum ladder to complete my project because everyone felt so uncomfortable letting me go up on this one.
