I'm not sure how sturdy this ladder is and I kinda hope I never find out. The ladder does bend significantly at higher heights but it is rated to 330 lbs so it should be OK. My biggest problem is I need it to get on my roof and it slides around at the top when stepping on and off. A standoff should fix that. My other problem is 99% of my property looks level turns out isn't. I can get something to fix that too and honestly I knew that would be a issue. So for a few more dollars I have a very nice ladder that's very easy to store and works in place of many different sizes of ladders. I don't know if the rating is accurate or set by any kind of standard yet, I guess if it breaks on me I will know but I kinda trust it.
