The package is well protected,it is protected by double-layer packing cotton board, which is commendable. All the parts are complete, but one of the gloves you gave me is very dirty, which makes me wonder if you sold me second-hand items. The manual is really just a piece of paper, and the information on it is not as useful as watching the video. The installation process of the lamp went smoothly, but it was a bit troublesome to fix the lamp on the ceiling at last. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the brightness of the lamp. I was originally intended to be used in the living room, but this brightness is not enough at all. This one is more suitable for placed in a small room. Great area light, looks wonderful in my basement, and was easy enough to install. This one will change hue if you turn it on and off rapidly, but if you leave it on, with the hue you want for 20 seconds, it will retain that hue every time you turn it off and on. The media could not be loaded. Got this for my home gym and lighting is amazing! Has three different types of lighting which i love. Its very light weight and can be assembled two different ways. It looks fancy and comes with remote which is so handy!

This flush mount LED strip light was easy to install , everything was straightforward. Hubby and I did it in about 15 minutes. If you don’t know how to , there are a ton of videos on YouTube on how to connect the ground and the other two cables in the mount. Just make sure you tape down the light switch so you don’t accidentally put it on and forget before you start the process of installing . That would be bad . I really love that these dim with the remote from super bright to warm . I wouldn’t know how to put in a dimmer switch , I think the remote is helpful but not really needed if you have this light on a dimmer switch or if you just like one setting and want to keep it that way . The company promised a long life , I’m getting all LED because we are getting older and I get very nervous when hubby needs to climb on the ladder to change a lightbulb . We also both had laser eye surgery and need more light now and like I mentioned before these go as bright as daylight so it’s easy to see when I’m cleaning the hallway now .
