Description

Classically lean and quietly refined, TEKTON Combination Wrenches provide a sure fit on fasteners and multiple options for working around obstructions or in tight spaces. To reduce the working swing arc, the open end is angled 15 degrees so the wrench can be flipped over with each rotation to engage the fastener twice as often. The 12-point box end doubles the access angles of a 6-point. It's offset 15 degrees, creating clearance for your fingers and extra space to slide past whatever might be in the way. To prevent round-off, it contacts and applies force to the flat sides of fastener heads rather than the corners.Get organized with the TEKTON Store and Go Wrench Keepers.

  • Wrench does not come with directions. Not good for use with Phillips or Alen/hex drive screws
Style: Standard Size: 18 mm
This wrench is long and strong and bound to get the friction on... Any 18mm nut or bolt. Disappointed with it's ability on other sizes and completely useless with SAE fastnera. :( Not good for use with Phillips or Alen/hex drive screws. I'm also disappointed in the wrench's ability to drive nails or cut wood (very poor with both hard and soft woods). This wrench is properly sized and well finished. Works well on both standard and reverse threaded fasteners. ... show more

  • ... 1/4" only there is no box end just a nice chrome plated round hole
Style: Standard Size: 1-1/4 in.
A combination wrench 1 1/4" only there is no box end just a nice chrome plated round hole. Update: Spoke with Russ at Tekton customer support and He Warranted the bad wrench it arrived today 1/12/2017. The replacement is just what it is supposed to be. So hats off and Kudos to Tekton for standing behind there products and offering great customer support. Changed my rating to FIVE STARS. I have other tools from Tekton and they are all top notch tools. All of my friends had a good laugh with this wrench. I'm sure it just slipped past the QC some how. I will continue to purchase tools from Tekton and recommend them to friends and co-workers without hesitation ... show more

  • Sturdy
Style: Standard Size: 10 mm
Nice and thick. Decent length for torque. Fits with minimal play, in comparison to other brands that feel like rounding nuts

  • Very hefty miniature wrench that's excellent for tight spaces and track bikes
Style: Stubby Size: 15 mm
I bought this wrench in hopes that it would fit into a saddle bag on my track bike. Now, I realize that's not the primary reason this tool is sold, but that's why I bought it. When the wrench showed up, I was absolutely shocked how small it really is. I'm sure the listing indicates this somewhere, but please be aware(see my attached photo) this is literally small enough to fit in the palm of your hand! In my case, that's absolutely wonderful and I was very pleased. However, I definitely think you should be aware of this if you intend to use it for applications that require a large amount of torque. If that's the case, this may not be the best tool for that type of job because of its lack of leverage potential. Other than that, in addition to being shocked at how small it is, I was equally shocked at how hefty it is and well made it is, for the price. I think this wrench is an excellent value for limited applications. So, if its limited uses fits with your needs, it's a great little wrench, especially for the money! Cheers! ... show more

  • Awesome wrenches!
Style: Standard Size: 24 mm
Over the years and several moves I had lost a few of my metric and SAE wrenches, there were also a couple broken ones and it was just time to upgrade. First I bought a set of SAE "Vulcan" wrenches at a local farm and ranch store. They have little teeth identical to the Milwaukee combo wrenches, as a anti-slip feature like Snap-On flank drive plus. They have a really nice chrome finish too. The don't slip, they dig in and chew up your fastener. Good to have when you REALLY need to get something off and it doesn't cooperate, not great for typical use. Then I bought a set of Tekton metric wrenches. They are great! No aggressive teeth, enough tolerance to get over paint or a little rust, but not sloppy like cheap wrenches. Amazing chrome. And weirdly a really good feel in your hand compared to typical cheap wrenches. Thicker beams, no sharp edges, and a little longer without being too long. I needed a 24mm wrench for a project, and knew Tekton was the way to go. Probably not going to be a commonly used size, but it didn't cost much more and I knew it'd be quality. ... show more
