  • Excellent tool! This will get the job done.
Like many others, I had to remove some old kitchen sink hardware and none of my wrenches could fit up in those tight spaces. This tool can. If I had the spare cash, I would buy every size available for working in tight spaces. The mechanism the tool uses to latch on is excellently machined. Some people were complaining it needs 2 hands to properly latch on, and while that makes it much easier, I was able to use a single hand to get the tool into position and latch the tool on. The steel used on the head and the handle are both super tough. I'm not worried about deformation at all. My only complaint has already been voiced, but here it is anyway. The little bar that comes with this tool to slide into the bottom and provide a handle for torque... doesn't have any mechanism holding it in besides gravity. Usually this tool will be used vertically, so it's not a huge problem, but I would love both some way to attach the bar to the rest of the tool, and to store it. If the product maker can fix this issue, they will -easily- have the best version of this tool on the market (compared even to other big store brands like Rigid). All in all, I could install my beautiful new sink, and I now have a spare tool for grabbing hex heads that thought they could escape! ... show more

  • Fixed loose kitchen faucet in a jiffy!
Size: 7/8 - 2-1/2 in.
I'm no handyman but I trusted the reviews and fixed my loose kitchen faucet in a jiffy! The nut was in a very awkward spot but this wrench allowed me to access it and grip it easily. A couple of turns and good to go! Highly recommend!

  • Works Great!
Easy to use. Worked great on a deep under-the-counter sink once I fully extended it. Took less than 5 minutes to figure out and use. That includes the time for an old guy to get under and out from under the sink. Yes, the crossbar does slide out and some have complained. If you ever have to put it in a toolbox, you'll appreciate it though because it keeps it from being a wonky shape that doesn't fit well. If you really want it permanent, slide it through the tool, add some heat, and pound the end a bit to flatten like the other end. Otherwise, just tape it to the tool when you're not using it, which isn't often if you're a DIY home owner. If you're a plumber, you already have a full set of crow's foot offset wrenches that won't nick up your customers faucet nuts. Use them. ... show more

  • Perfect for my job!
I needed a basin wrench to tighten a loose kitchen faucet. It was in a very tight spot and I couldn't get a wrench on the nut to tighten it. Ordered this wrench and with 10 minutes and no bruises to my hand it did the job. Saved me probably at least $50 for a plumber.

  • Intended for Faucet Nuts in Undersink Situations - But Try Crowfoot First
The specs say: Fits 3/8 to 1 in. diameter nuts on faucets, supply lines, valves, and drains. My specific use was to tighten the nut securing the water Spout to the Cabinet Top. Well, I couldn't use this wrench because space was crowded and the wrench jaw head was simply too big. I then purchased a set of Crowfoot wrench heads (7 sizes, from which 11/16", the 2nd largest was the exact fit). Using a 1/4" ratchet nut rod + 3/8" adaptor + handle, or using a true 3/8" rod, the Crowfoot wrench fit in the crowded space. The set was $10 (Harbor Freight). This basin wench is intended for tight spaces, but the jaw head was too big for my space. A Crowfoot was the perfect tool for this purpose. ... show more

  • Great product, well built
Size: 7/8 - 2-1/2 in.
I have to say this tool works exceptionally well. I had a very hard to reach faucet nut under the counter with very limited space in which to work. This tool let me retighten the faucet in 5 minutes.

  • Twist and shout….
I had never used a tool like this, but with a recent sink replacement, it sounded like good idea and a good item to add to the old tool box. And I was right. It made a positive difference for me when reinstalling the faucet. Made it easier in a situation when I was already contorting like a gymnast. Saved me a couple of additional body twists. I’ll be happy to have it in case of future need. ... show more
