This couch was very easy to assemble, I ordered brown but on the box it says camel. I do love the color but it looks a little brighter than I thought. Also, it is a bit firm but hopefully over time they soften. The fabric itself is nice and soft and looks easy to keep clean. The cushions are not as deep as I wanted but I just think they are really firm at the moment. And lastly the cushions on the chair is a bit weird but I’m hoping with time it expands all the way. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. After shopping at numerous furniture stores in our area and online we ended up taking a BIG leap and made this purchase on amazon. We could not be more happy with the style, function, comfort and price of this set. It’s not a super deep couch like a lot of the stuff rn in the stores. It’s a perfect size (5’4” /5’10”). The seller was great to work with as well. We originally ordered 3 piece couch and 2 chairs and decided after receiving them we wanted a love seat in place of 1 of the chairs, the seller communicated quickly and we worked it out to get exactly what we wanted. Super easy to assemble, I needed my husbands help with the springs, he used a vice grip to pull them into place. Bc you assemble it, it shows you the versatility, how you can switch it up if you’re into changing the layout of your room often. All the cushions can be removed from the material and washed if needed. The material is soft and a beautiful shade of “beige” it’s very light, maybe more of an ivory, off white, or bone color (that is the color of our old set which is very similar). Love the extra storage under every piece, no wasting space! Everyone in the family thinks it is pretty comfortable, more of a firm cushion, it has great support, very sturdy. Here is to hoping it lasts us more than 5 years. Just waiting on the seller to start making ottomans! PS pictures and video don’t do it justice, I feel like the packaging marks show up on the material in the photos and it’s not as noticeable in person, I’d imagine it will get better and better as the days go by. ... show more

This review I’m comparing to more premium sofa. This sofa is on the “Firm side” but not firm cheap. Fits 3 people with standard spacing. Standard should be 30” or more but 27.5 is close enough. This sofa is on the short side as you can see from my other sofa height. 16” vs 19” height. 19” is more preferable. Seat area is 23”x 27.25” <~ I was hoping for a deeper sofa but got standard. back area is 16”x 27” <~ 18”-20” preferably Comfort 7 of 10 Looks 7 of 10 <~ adding height would make this 8 of 10. Fabric material 8 of 10 my other sofa is 9 of 10. Good for the price. If you plan to spend more than 1200 I would recommend going to the store. ... show more

I purchased the four seat sofa, it was delivered in three days and came in five somewhat heavy card board boxes. It took me 1 1/2 hours to take the pieces out of the boxes and to cut up the cardboard so it would fit in my SUV. I’m 72 so maybe I’m slower than the average person. It took me and my wife almost two hours to put all the pieces together, fortunately no tools are required. This sofa is very good looking and very well made! We purchased the tan color and so far are extremely happy. The cushions are very firm, maybe too firm but I think they will last many years as I don’t think the cushions will get mushy over time due to the firmness. If your frail are weak, I would recommend buying a sofa at a furniture store so it can be delivered already put together. But it’s probably going to cost you a few $100 more for the stores service. We purchased this 3-seater couch to replace our old broken couch. This is our first time purchasing a sofa online. The item arrived several days before the estimated delivery date, which was amazing. The couch is really nice and provides lots of storage under the seats. We love that it is modular and we can take it apart, if needed. First of all, it comes in 4 boxes all shipped separately so we didn’t get all of the pieces at once. I’m writing this and still missing the middle seat. This couch is tiny. No I mean tiny. It looks like the kiddie couches my son had. I bought based on other reviews and I’m highly disappointed. If you want to lay out on it as an adult you would have to remove the back cushions. One of the seats is already having an issue with sinking into the storage area. I was trying to talk myself into keeping it so that I don’t have to go thru the hassle of returning it. I just can’t! It’s so small and horrible. It’s not very comfortable to sit on either. Customer service has no explanation or help as to why the last piece hasn’t arrived. I’ve told them about the size and quality issue. They only offered $100 refund. It’s a joke of a couch. ... show more
