Super strong ingredients so I can’t do the full time I can only start with 10 mins my teeth are super sensitive to whitening products. After two uses I can see a difference for sure and I’m very impressed with the amazing quality of this product. Very affordable and effective. Small enough you can throw in your purse one your bathroom and even a travel bag. I love that it comes in a pen which makes it super convenient and it don’t slide around like traditional strips and mouth guards!
