I have been using the 22% carbamide peroxide for many years to keep coffee and food stains from yellowing my teeth. I did not know the 44% was available and was even more surprised to find out that I do not have to get this from my dentist. I was grossly overpaying my dentist for this product. This kit says it has enough product for 50 uses as it does not take much. I used this the day I received it and for this strength it only takes about 10 minutes. I did notice some slight sensitivity at first but it went away quickly. This product is not intended to be left on your teeth for long periods of time. I had a few coffee stains on the edges of some of my teeth and on the top of some of my molars and this took off the stains I saw in that 10 minutes. This is a great product and very affordable. I only use about 1x a month to keep stains away as my teeth are already pretty white and this works perfect.

I’ve tried a few whitening kits before, but this one is by far the most effective and easy to use. The trays were simple to mold to my teeth, and once they fit, the gel applied evenly without any mess. I noticed a visible difference within the first week — my teeth looked several shades brighter, especially after years of coffee and tea stains. What I like most is that it didn’t make my teeth super sensitive like other products have. The formula feels gentle but powerful, and I’ve had no gum irritation at all. I also appreciate that it’s vegan, cruelty-free, and BPA-free — nice to know I’m not putting harsh chemicals in my mouth. The kit comes with plenty of product (up to 50 treatments), and the syringes have clear markers so it’s easy not to waste gel. For the price, this feels like professional whitening results at home. This teeth whitening gel actually works. My husband has been using it for 5-6 days now and he says he can see a change in the color of his teeth. This is way less expensive than getting your teeth whitened at the dentist. I bought trays as I didnt realize it actually came with trays which is a nice bonus.

This whitening system really works. It's much better than the Crest Whitestrips. I used two boxes of Whitestrips and barely noticed any difference. So I ordered this set of peroxide gel on Amazon for around $13. It's easy to use and the gel is as strong as the gel I got from the dentist 20 years ago. I use this with a blue LED light, which speeds up the process considerably. One hour with the blue LED light is equal to wearing the product overnight. I do this nightly for an hour, with the blue LED light and after about a month my teeth are as white as the lightest shade on the included chart. The light does not come with this set but can be purchased separately on Amazon for just a few dollars. My teeth were quite yellow when I started using this gel, despite using two boxes of the Crest Whitestrips. I noticed a marked difference after a week (approximately 5 or 6 one hour sessions) and continued to notice more whitening as the time when on. Because my teeth were so yellow, I didn't want to wear nude lipstick, which only accentuated the yellowness. I was reluctant to smile because my teeth were so discolored from smoking, tea, red wine and coffee. 20 years ago I did a whitening treatment at the dentists office, which includes custom made plastic trays and whitening gel, which was cutting age technology back then. I'm almost positive that this kit has the same strength of gel as the gel the dentist provided. I have not had any sensitivity at all, which is a good thing. I didn't experience any back then either. The dentist treatment was used overnight and took about two weeks to make a difference. I had to do two rounds of the dentist treatment which cost about $300 in total. Whitening treatment today run between $300-$600 but are done in an hour in the dentist's office. This price is not in my budget but I knew that this kind of whitening gel (44% carbamide peroxide) would work although it would take time. My teeth are now blindingly white but I'm not quite finished. I still use the gel a couple of nights a week, always with the blue LED light. I definitely think the key to successfully using the whitening gel is using the blue LED light. This speeds up the process considerably and I don't need to sleep with these uncomfortable silicone trays. However, if you don't want to get a blue LED light, use the gel overnight if you can stand it and you will get the same level of results. There are other whitening gel kits that come with one or more blue LED lights for almost the same price. I'm now on a second kit that came with four silicone trays, two blue LED lights and the same amount of peroxide gel for the same $20 price tag. So you may want to get that kit instead. The price for the kit I am reviewing here has gone up from $13 to $20. For the same money you can get a kit with the added trays, two blue LED lights and the same strength carbamide peroxide. I will continue to use whitening gel several times a week, just to maintain the whiteness. It really does work but if you want the fastest, best results possible, use this gel with a blue LED light.
