What a great product by a legitimate company! The slush machine arrived a few days before my big outdoor, pool party. The initial assembly was easy and the pool party with my frozen Pina Coladas and Strawberry Daiquiris was an absolute hit. However, the drip tray on our machine was not clipping on properly. I immediatly took a video and forwarded it to the manufacturer. They concluded that the holes for the drip tray were drilled slightly off and sent me an entire new machine shortly after. The drip tray on the new machine fits and works like a charm! I'm totally impressed by how well the product works, but mostly impressed with how well the company responded and took care of my issue. I highly recommend anyone doing business with this honest organization and enjoy their well made slush machines.

Machine is a 2 tank machine and the motor has quit on one side. I have been reaching out to Tecspace for 5 weeks straight on emails and phone trying to get support. Machine has maybe 20 hours on it, Amazon delivered this machine Mid February 2025. Saw numerous revues about great support and service which was why I purchased...they are no where to be found! SUCKS

Use this at our craft brewery for frozen adult beverages. Requires a 14% Brix reading to avoid machine damage, meaning your beverage must be a ratio of 14% sugar or alcohol. This can only properly be measured with a refracrometer. Otherwise works perfect!

The machine works great. Really it does. Only the sound of the fan blowing is so loud it’s crazy. Well other than that I must say it works great! Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great machine !
