The media could not be loaded. We just had a pool built and, in addition to our monitored system, we needed LOUD alarms placed on our sliding doors in order to pass inspection. These were perfect and much cheaper than the options the pool builder showed us. There are 3 settings on the alarm: off, chime, and alarm. When I tell you this alarm is loud, I mean LOUD. I couldn't imagine living with these on every day, but if you've got littles- do it. They were super simple to install, just pull out th eplastic strip to activate the battery, pop on the adhesive (Command like) strips and apply to the door. There are arrows to show you which direction they should face. Easy peasy.

These were a breeze to install and the distance in order to activate them is nice, meaning that you dont have to be right up next to it for it to activate. The adhesive is strong and you can change the tone between a single beep, a constant beeping or off. They are super loud and you can't adjust the volume.

We installed three of these and with a week three of the six adhesive parts fell off. Scared the crap out of me considering our entire family was I. Bed when one of them fell. The surfaces were clean amd applied according to directions. I am sad I threw away the packaging because now I need to order something new and can't return these. *update- company refunded partial payment so I could purchase new adhesives. The alarm part works great and is loud.

Very loud! And there’s no way to adjust the volume. One sound is a constant alarm, like what you would want to have if someone is breaking into your home. The other sound reminds me of a convenience store alert ring. We use these on our windows, and one on our son’s bedroom door. He’s 3 and just starting to get up on his own. It wakes me up when he leaves his bedroom in the morning. It gives me peace of mind knowing he can’t be wandering the house in the middle of the night.
