Debating... I’ve had it almost two weeks. It’s pretty, and powerful, but the padding was not attached well and you can see the glue that should attach it. I feel like they assembled it when I ordered it. Tried not to let that bother me, and was enjoying it twice a day, until I moved it to another area and now it makes a squeaky sound. Thought that maybe the floor might be uneven, but I can’t say for sure. If the sound persists it will be going back, although I would prefer to keep it. Also the directions have no real “instructions” that tell you how to use it, you’re just left to figure it out on your own. I wish it were perfect, but I did buy it when Mercury was in retrograde’s shadow, so...Hmmm... If I do return it, I don’t know if I will get the same one or one of the more basic ones. Based on the reviews I’ve read, and my own research, they’re all just knockoffs of one another. Who is Techmoo, or Todo, or Pinty? Who makes these things? Dunno? Maybe I’ll update this post if the sound goes away. Another confusing point to make is that on some sites it says that it is oscillating, and some say that it does not oscillate. I have no clue which is true, and after an exhausting weekend of researching websites and reading reviews, I still don’t know and there is no one to ask.     • The Best One I’ve Owned - and so low profile!

This is the second vibration plate I’ve owned. My first one was a large stand up model. I was looking for a lower profile model and this one is all that and more! I use it to supplement a rigorous fitness program, but this would be beneficial to anybody. I use the fifth setting as I don’t want to rattle my brain, just my body... ... show more

My daughter used this to help her loose weight, and she did use it 5-6 times a day for 10 to 20 minutes each time and instead of helping her loose weight it shook her body and her heart and now she is in A-fib. A-fib is a serious heart condition and I think this company should at the very least give me back my money for this product. I wrote this already in a comment but apparently they are not showing it because I can't find the comment and it's acting here like I have not made a comment. ... show more

WORST. AMAZON.PURCHASE.EVER 44 pounds but probably closer to 50 - so heavy I have to have Amazon send out UPS. Not sure how you store it "easily" 4 page manual - not even an instruction as to how to turn it on or a "quick" set up cheat sheet. Missing bands Boxed in 2 boxes so difficult to unpack the interior box. Sending the back without even turning it on. ... show more

Received it sooner then expected. Works great. Used it on the highest speed, 99, and you can feel the vibrations to your middle back and if you stand a specific way you can feel it within your upper back and arms. If you sit on it, as in book, you'll feel it within your whole body with feeling like a massager. Etcetera. This should be good for many individuals within different Exercises, Weight loss, Muscle gain, Rehabilitation, Etcetera programs. So far so good. The machine is great. The instructions are the worst I’ve ever read. If there were a YouTube instruction I’d sure love it. There are two youtube videos that show it-but they don’t give instructions on how to use it. I’m playing with it every day to learn things and I like it.
