When I first bought this flat iron, I really liked it. It heated up quickly and worked well with my hair style. After about four months, the on/off button quit working. The button was stuck and could no longer be turned on. I was so disappointed.

It seems as though the temperature reads inaccurately. I have fine hair & according to this device, I have to increase the temp. considerably. Other than that it works okay. Hair glides through plates easily.

I used the flat iron once and then it stopped working. The unit does not get hot. A real waste of money. For all the 4C’s out there this is NOT the flat iron for you. I reached out to Amazon and the company with no results. Within 90 days and the warranty is gone. Such a disappointment.
