This product looks like the picture and works wonderfully. The cord is a little short so it gets hard to use since it keeps unplugging. I wanted to use it in my room while on my chair but because the cord is short I use it in my bathroom other than that I have no complaints it curls beautifully and straighten effortlessly. For the ones who like nice packaging it is definitely done very well in a very nice box.
