I was getting ready to go on a one week cruise and was looking for a new straighter since my last one finally died on me after 10 years lol. I wanted something that could both curl and straighten. I decided to go with the standard size vs grande and since I normally curl my hair with a straightener it was an easy transition on how to use it. I have long, thick, colored and somewhat damaged ends and I have a lot of hair… And I was very pleasantly surprised on how well it worked. It only took me minutes and curls lasted they the next day. They gave me the perfect beach waves I was looking for, and it also straightened my hair well. If you’re going to curl your hair, you select the temp that works best for your hair, select the fan and after about 20 seconds once it’s ready to the desired temp the fan will turn on and it’s ready to use. The fan helps set your hair while curling and is cool the touch. If you’re straightening you don’t need the fan. I absolutely love this product. I can not believe it took me so long to find this fantastic product. I have fine and aging hair. it doesn't fry your hair, it has amazing temperature control, and the ability to curl or straighten / smooth hair. It is definitely worth a try.

I am TERRIBLE at curling my hair but this made it so easy. It didn’t matter which way I turned my hand, it made a beautiful curl. And it took no time at all! I don’t know how well they will hold, and they are definitely loose curls, but I love how they came out. This is worth the money!

I have a lot of hair, but it is very fine! If I use too much product to get the volume I want, it weighs down and goes flat. I like that I can control the temperature as not to scorch my hair with other irons and with the fan feature to "set" the curls, they stay put all day! Highly recommend!

I usually spend a lot of money on Sedu and chi straighteners, i tried the silly brush air stylers, this was so much more than i imagined!!! I was very skeptical but I bought it because I am stupid and easily impressionable. The first couple sections I was having a hard time, and I hated the styler because it didn’t seem to be doing anything. I realize that most of the time needs to be spent in the straightener and the air blowing out the sides just to cool the hair as it’s coming out it definitely saved me time on having to do multiple passes on the same strands of hair to try and get them straight with my conventional straightener. There was zero pulling my hair came out really shiny and I didn’t have that nasty burnt smell I usually have when I use my straighteners. The only downside is the button placement- which is a common problem with most hair tools. I was skeptical because of the negative reviews about this tool. Yes, I do inadvertently change the temp or turn the fan off but it's not a big deal like everyone is making it out to be. It's super simple and quick to click through the temps to get back to the one you want. I am the most uncoordinated person when it comes to curling my hair and I could never get the hang of using a regular curling iron. This tool is amazing! It doesn't matter which way you curl your hair, away from your face or towards your face, it works great! This is a game changer for me! Oh, and there were other reviews complaining about the finish around the plates "bubbling" after only a few uses but this has not happened to me.
