This system has been great for my 13 year old son. We ended up just using a smart TV for the monitor, connecting them with an HDMI cord. He LOVES his gaming computer. I also want to add that upon delivery through FedEx, the package arrived on time, however the glass piece inside the parcel had been shattered. FedEx couldn't care less, but I reached out to the customer service email and phone number. They got right back to me, instructed me on how to clean it all out to make sure it still worked (which it did) then sent us a brand new piece of glass for it. I was very happy with the support they offered. We are now looking to upgrade some items in the computer, and tech support is assisting me through this process as well. Can't say enough good things about the customer support!

I purchased this PC as a Christmas gift for my 9-year-old son, and unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating and heartbreaking experience. When the PC arrived, none of the accessories worked properly. The mouse, keyboard, and speakers either did not turn on at all, powered on but didn’t function, or kept disconnecting. It took over 24 hours just to get the mouse to work so we could even begin setup. Once we finally got the mouse working, we discovered the PC could not connect to the internet. There was no Wi-Fi option at all, even though it came with a USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter. I contacted Amazon, who contacted the seller. It took 48 hours just to get a response, and that response only asked how to contact me. Another 24 hours passed before someone finally called — only to offer very basic troubleshooting that did not resolve the issue. Thankfully, I have access to an IT team at my job. They tested multiple wired and wireless keyboards and mice, and nothing worked. They determined the included USB Wi-Fi adapter was faulty and interfering with the USB ports. I had to go out and purchase a better quality USB Wi-Fi adapter for an additional $60. Once I removed the one that came with the PC and used the new one, the mouse, keyboard, and speakers finally began working. As of now, I am still waiting for proper follow-up from customer service. After spending nearly $700, I expected a fully functional computer and responsive support. Instead, I got defective hardware, delayed responses, and had to fix the problem myself. Worst of all, this experience ruined Christmas for my child, who was so excited to use his new PC. I would not recommend this seller or product unless you are prepared to troubleshoot and spend extra money to make it usable.

Please don’t waste your money. I purchased this in December for Cmas for my boys. The hard drive crashed and the customer service was horrible. I returned it. I thought maybe it was rare because of the good reviews so I bought another one. Well this one, the power plug wasn’t working from the beginning so. I had to buy a new one. I finally turn this one on and it’s sooo slow. I contacted customer service and he virtually took over the computer and said he fixed it. It still isn’t fixed. My kids can’t even play games because certain apps won’t open. And the ones that do, take forever to load. The good reviews are only from people who get pressured to on the phone. When I called them, he assured me my computer was fixed and I was happy, and before we got off the phone he asked me to leave a review. And stayed with me on the phone until I was done, being pushy about it. I felt awkward so I just did it. They won’t refund me because I stupidly waited so long to do something about this. So I wasted 400$ on a computer that doesn’t work. I hope that they can hopefully fix it, and if they do, I will update this review and let you guys know if they were able to rectify this.
