I wear this style of boot all year round on our small farm in Kansas. I also typically wear them around town too, but the full boot version is heavy and not conducive to walking long distances. I saw these recently on an Internet add and thought this would be a great everyday boot with some all day comfort...so far I've been right. Like any new boot there is some break in time required, but after this initial break in period I've been very pleased with the quality and performance of these boots. They are a good looking boot and are much easier to put on and take off than the equivalent full-length boot. They seem to fit true to size which is an issue with some new boots. They shine up real nice and so far, seem to be reasonably scuff resistant when I'm kneeling down with the toes on the ground. I think though that ultimately what drew me to these boots is the fact that they are made in the U.S.A., this is a rare thing these days. I've had them for about a month now and I'm confident that I'll get many years of wear out of them. I definitely recommend these boots for the reasons stated.

Very comfortable. Easy on and off, true to size (10.5) and feels broken in. I imagine these will only get better with age. They're also the first slip ons I've tried that fit well on the heel. Can't speak to durability yet, but I imagine for generally use they will be adequate.

The fit is fantastic, like a second skin. Applied some good leather treatment but they are ready to wear right out of the box. They are LEATHER, so of course they are not waterproof right out of the box if that's your thing...they wear and feel fantastic, totally worth the price as they should be: Made in U.S.A.!

Fits like a glove. Dr Martens didnt fit, Blundstones didnt' fit. These fit. I love this company. This one has the "factory floor" style shoe, I picked up a black pair of the same with the "outdoor" shoe bottom. Love em. Lost a star because it is somehow extra not waterproof? Like water ran right through it. You're going to want to spray some barrier on them.

Original review- Husband says comfortable but not waterproof. Kind of a big issue….. 6 months later, completely fell apart . Soles have been wearing after 1 1/2 in. Today sole fell off and the next layer is peeling off. Shoe is not waterproof- maybe part of the problem. My husband doesn’t even wear these often. Mostly for gardening. Very disappointing.

True to size, better looking than blundstones, definitely took about a week to break in, got a minor blister on my heel in the process. The padding in the sole is minimal and you may want to size up so you can slip in some insoles. I work in concrete so i have ruined them already, but if you keep them clean they're very classy. Really easy to slip on, can just about do it hands free. These are my new go-to boots for sure.
