We love this instant water feature in our backyard and have enjoyed it for a year and a half. Assembly and installation was incredibly easy (basically just placing it where we wanted it and plugging it in). It operates with no maintenance required and survived a very harsh winter. It is important to keep the reservoir filled with water so the pump doesn't burn out, but that's pretty simple. The soft lighting and soothing sound of the water have created a wonderful ambiance in our garden. We would highly recommend this to anyone with limited space for a traditional built-in water feature. One year after our purchase the vendor quickly and generously resolved an issue I was having related to a chewed-through power cord (squirrels or chipmunks in our back yard). I cannot recommend this vendor and product highly enough.

I love our fountain, and it looks so pretty at night! I do find that I need to stay on top of making sure there is water in the base of it. If the weather has been dry or very hot, it can dry up quickly.

This does create a back water leak from the holes from the 2nd to last bowl drainage that can be patched up with a basic hot glue gun (must remove the black sponge filter to access micro holds); This claimed to be an indoor as well as a outdoor but water from the bottom bowl drainage created loud splashing as was not relaxing till we had to connect a 3/4 tube from bottom hole to the bottom of the cypher reservoir and a 2nd 1/2 tube size for the high-rise drain and in order to slowdown the draining which went down like flushing the toilet we added a DIG 1/4 in. Barb Tee; only then the device no longer made splash back (which caused the leakage) and now only make soothing sounds. Also, for our preference we put quartz sliced rocks over the lights to offer less intense brightness. For $250 dollars I thought for sure no leaking issues I had other water devices for less than $25 had no issues like this. If you are able to successfully re-engineer the whole product. Then its a good buy..

Easy set up and the fountain came in one piece! Very nice fountain, nice flow and holds enough water to last a few days. I love the brown/green colors!! It’s definitely not brown/gray! Very happy with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. While I love the look of this fountain, It’s leaky (as you can see from the water stains on my patio) and it’s too loud for a small space. If you put it on the far end of a larger patio, and on dirt or in a garden, it’s probably lovely but for my purposes, it’s not a great fit.

It has a very relaxing sound on my front porch! It sit out there every morning and drink my coffee and listen to the fountain. Love that you can use it without the light during the day. Everyone comments on it when they come over. Beautiful!
