I love our fountain, and it looks so pretty at night! I do find that I need to stay on top of making sure there is water in the base of it. If the weather has been dry or very hot, it can dry up quickly.

We love this instant water feature in our backyard and have enjoyed it for a year and a half. Assembly and installation was incredibly easy (basically just placing it where we wanted it and plugging it in). It operates with no maintenance required and survived a very harsh winter. It is important to keep the reservoir filled with water so the pump doesn't burn out, but that's pretty simple. The soft lighting and soothing sound of the water have created a wonderful ambiance in our garden. We would highly recommend this to anyone with limited space for a traditional built-in water feature. One year after our purchase the vendor quickly and generously resolved an issue I was having related to a chewed-through power cord (squirrels or chipmunks in our back yard). I cannot recommend this vendor and product highly enough.

Very disappointed when I put it together and filled it with water there were leaks and would hold water ! I contacted the seller and they wanted me to return but I could not due to not having the original box .. so I purchased flex seal and was able to fix the leaks myself ! FYI

This is a very nice fountain with some minor flaws the water adjustment doesn't work to lower the water flow to use indoor to keep water off the floors. The top tier bowl is adjustable to angle the water flow to the second tier bowl to reduce the water splash on to the floor. Very light weight so once you pour the water into the base of the fountain at least 90% full it will help stabilize the fountain indoors. Outdoors I'm not sure this fountain will hold up on a windy day if staged on concrete,grass it may hold up from breaking or damaged.

Trick to connecting hose is that it SIMPLY goes STRAIGHT down! (Took us a while to figure this out lol) SO BEAUTIFUL - I put THIS fountain (I've got 3 others lol) by the front door step and window for cat to watch and I open the windows to gaze at it and listen - sit on the front step at night to admire LOVED the price -and JUST bought THIS to heat it through the winter - MEWTOGO Bird Bath Heater for Outdoors in Winter - 48 W Birdbath Deicer with Thermostatic Control and 4.6 Ft Long Power Cord, Energy Saving for Garden Yard Patio and Lawn

The fountains electrical and pump work Great! BUT, the opening provided on the back to route the electrical cable and to fill it with water does not have a cover to it. Consequently anything could crawl inside of it. From snakes to mice and anything that is 5" in diameter or less. The top bowl that contains the water tube comes detached from the factory so you can connect it to the pump. The only problem is that the bowl does not fit well to the rest of the fountain. The factory could have done a better job. Overall I can only rate it 3 Stars. Does it look nice...YES but a few minor changes could easily rate it a 5 Star!

It is very light weight. I don’t know what I expected. Feels like cheap plastic but looks like stone! Visually it looks pretty. I would suggest wearing gloves to handle it. There was some sort of fibers that I couldn’t see, only felt that got stuck in my hands. Irritated & hurt them for a few days. Fiberglass maybe? It looked great set up. It was a bit loud but if you didn’t set it right beside your talking space it was okay. The lights were beautiful. Then we noticed it was leaking. The vendor wanted me to rebox it all and send it all back for the refund. With Covid and all of the parts that was a bit of a nightmare to even think about. Ultimately we decided to keep it and try putting sealant in the areas that are leaking to see if we can get them plugged? We don’t want to use it inside this winter not knowing if the leaks are sealed and we didn’t get to use it over the summer so we were bummed. Hopefully next summer tho? In the end I guess I would say that the vendor was willing to make it right I think. It is a large project to send back but pricey not to at the same time so-luck of the draw I guess.
